It is not dangerous to provide one's credit card number if it's executed in the secured procedure as the payment security system that we propose on our website. The security payment by credit card is insured by the bank CIC, known for its reliability regarding the Internet transaction. The transaction between client's end and CIC bank is completely coded (SSL). The bank account/ credit card information that clients provide, coded on clients' computer, can never be disclosed on Internet. Nobody can see or use it without clients' knowledge. Besides being coded and unreadable, this information is not stored on our servers (that's why clients are asked to provide this information for each of his purchase), which avoid all kinds of problems with frauds. Furthermore, the payment by credit card allows clients' orders of being treated immediately. Thus clients benefit from the rapidity and the efficiency of our logistical services.

The client disposes of a 7-day legal time frame for pursue his right of retraction as from the date of reception of the goods without having to either justify the motifs or pay for penalty. The modalities of pursuing this right of retraction are mentioned in the paragraph "Conditions for Exchange and Return" hereafter. The client will be fully refunded the amount paied in the best time frame and no longer than 30 days according to the date on which he pursues his right of retraction.

e-zanshin extends the time frame of clients retraction right to 14 days, on condition of respecting the conditions stated hereafter.

Title and Risk

1 - Risk of damage to, or loss of, goods shall pass to you at the time the goods leave our premises for delivery including where we arrange for delivery.

Consumer Rights and the Right to Cancel

2 - Subject to clause 3 you shall from the time the contract between us is formed until a period of 14 days (according to the Trusted Shops quality criteria) following delivery of the goods, have the right to cancel the contract by sending written notice of cancellation to us at the e-mail, fax or postal address :

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods. The right of withdrawal can be executed without giving any reason.

3 - Your right to cancel shall not apply where the contract is for the supply of goods which are goods personalised for you (embroidery).

4 - In the event you cancel the contract under clause 16 above:

4.1 - you shall be responsible for paying all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in the goods being returned to us; and

4.2 - we shall reimburse any sum paid to us by you within 30 days of the notice of cancellation being given.

5 - Where the goods are not consumables you have the right to require goods be repaired or, where appropriate, replaced for a period of six months after the contract between us is formed if you assert the goods do not conform to the contract save where we can establish that the goods do so conform.
